I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from your dealership. Recently, I began noticing a loud hissing noise coming from behind the dashboard. The noise occurs every 10–30 seconds and has become increasingly frequent and noticeable. A couple of weeks after the noise started, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. When I contacted the service department, I explained both issues. Based on my own research, the symptoms pointed to a possible leak in the A/C system. Considering the vehicle is only five years old, I specifically asked whether a leak would be covered under warranty. I was told that a leak would be covered, but a simple refrigerant recharge would not. Because of the hissing noise and loss of A/C performance, I did not expect the issue to be resolved with a recharge alone. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it was simply low on refrigerant and needed to be recharged. At the same time, I was informed that the radiator needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under warranty. A few days later, I was called and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. AUTO SHOP: I cannot even come to compared how much irritation I’ve had from this service department. My personal car had went to this shop 2 times and all they did was replace spark plugs. Come to find out it happened again 200 miles later and again all they replaced were spark plugs. Never tried to look into it more. The issue I was having is still present and happening again. Nothing to be done at this shop. They had my car 2 times for a span of a week and give no loaner vehicles out like they state they will when you buy a car from Dave smith. (It’s complimentary) never is here. Now let’s go to my husbands truck. He had contacted them and quoted a price for an oil change and filter (from the manager) yet somehow it ended up way over what they quoted which he had found a place that was cheaper but to late due to it already being completed. I have never experienced such a terrible auto shop before and yet we continued to use them just cause we bought vehicles from Dave smith. This auto shop is HORRENDOUS! SERVICE: Absolutely love the guys in the service side. We had bought 4 vehicles now through Jerry. He has always helped me find the perfect car each time me or my husband want

I’ve taken my vehicle to them 3 times for the same issue. The issue is I can hear a bubbling/gurgling sound in the cab while my heater is on.The first time I was told the issue couldn’t be recreated. The second time I was told it was a leak in my heater hoses and was “fixed” even though the bubbling issue is still present. Not very happy.

Jim was awesome went out of his way to help get us the best for our vehicle and did it ahead of schedule. Always answered our questions via text or call in a timely manner. Was up front and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied and will be back. Thanks Jim
